At the Annual Intentions Event you can get away from thinking about "doing" and, focus on "being." Now that's a switch! When doing just doesn't seem to be doing it for you anymore, then it's probably time to pull out the stops and approach your life from a very different perspective. And that's where the Annual Intentions Event and our Being Plan for Graceful and Effortless Living comes in. Denise has been hosting this event for 10 years. This year she is extending the invite to F5 women to share in this life changing process. If you've never been to one of these events, you'll be glad you came to this one. The focus is on crafting a plan with YOU as its central focus and built around one or more of the 4 Key Life Areas...Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual. Physical: Feeling good about your physical health and physical environment. Mental: Work, which is doing what you want in life, feeling mentally engaged, and making intelligent choices about income and outgo so that your mind is at ease. Emotional: Finding optimal balance among work, family, play, and personal interests; having an optimistic and relaxed attitude toward life; and having personally satisfying connections with family and friends.
